Last weekend was a busy one for the Warren Haynes Band as the jam scene’s “Hardest Working Man’s” soul outfit tackled covers from Sly Stone and the Family Stone in San Francisco on the 29th and James Brown in Denver on Halloween. There’s no rest for the weary, as the WHB is currently in Austin, where they are set to record their first DVD at The Moody Theatre at ACL Live this evening.
