Warren Haynes Guests With Dave & Tim, Who Return The Favor Later That Night
Charlottesville, Virginia hosted a pair of charity concerts on Saturday night, with Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds kicking things off at the nTelos Wireless Ampitheatre before the Warren Haynes Band brought the evening to a close at the Jefferson Theater. Both acts guested with each other making for a quite a night in Virginia.
Haynes has a long history of sitting in with Dave that dates back to the early ’90s. On Saturday, Warren lent his talents to versions of Jimi Thing and #41 towards the middle of Dave and Tim’s set. Matthews and Reynolds returned the favor later that night when they came out for the covers of All Along The Watchtower and The Weight that closed the Warren Haynes Band show at the Jefferson.
