30 Years Ago Today- Queen Performs in Eastern Bloc to Film ‘Hungarian Rhapsody’ (Watch “Radio Ga Ga: Live in Budapest)

30 years ago today (7/27/86), Queen became the first western act since Louis Armstrong in 1964 to perform in Easton Europe when they played at Budapest’s Nepstadion, Hungary, as the gig was filmed and released as ‘Queen Magic in Budapest’. This concert was part of Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon’s final tour with original lead singer Freddie Mercury, The Magic Tour.
